Not too long ago, we shared news about Khalia Ali, daughter of Muhammad Ali. Khalia underwent bariatric surgery about three years ago to battle her obesity. Specifically, she chose the LAP-BAND® System as her surgery option. Ms. Ali is now a spokesperson for obesity awareness and the LAP-BAND® System.
